1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- All packaging, seals, and tags must remain intact.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Returns must be initiated within the 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items can not be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Items that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- Products purchased on sale or clearance
- Gift cards
3. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved:
- We will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.
- Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your product for a different item, please contact us at info@monn-stretch.com to initiate the exchange process. We will guide you through the steps to return your item and select a new product.
5. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
